Multi-Mode Output with LED Feedback
This customised vape control board offers three voltage modes: 3.2V (Blue), 3.6V (Purple), and 3.9V (White). Users cycle modes with a double-click. A triple-click activates a 10-second 2.2V preheat. The multi-colour LED clearly shows mode selection, battery status, and error alerts. This ensures precise vaping control for 0.8–5Ω sub-ohm coils.
Built-in Safety and Protection Logic
The board integrates seven protective functions: timeout, low voltage, short circuit, open circuit, overtemperature, airflow error, and reverse flow. LED alerts indicate each fault with different colours. All protections comply with IEC standards. Users can quickly diagnose issues, improving reliability and safety.
Pressure-Sensitive and Intuitive Control
With -300Pa airflow sensitivity, the board detects user draws precisely. A single button controls all functions: five clicks to power on/off and a long press for manual mode. LED flashes white on power events, giving instant visual feedback. The tactile design ensures intuitive operation for pod system users.
Efficient Type-C Charging with Vaping Support
Gold-plated Type-C ports support 400mA charging and allow vaping while charging. Overvoltage protection at 28V safeguards components. USB ports withstand over 1,000 cycles, ensuring long-term durability and reliability for consumer use.
Flexible OEM Customisation for Brands
This board supports full hardware customisation, including MCU, charging IC, and MOSFET options. Brands can adjust voltage curves, LED patterns, protection thresholds, and button sensitivity. The board passes extreme temperature tests (-15°C to 45°C) and 6A discharge stress validation. OEM customisation ensures high durability, safety, and brand differentiation.
