Smart Capacitance Detection and Control Logic
At the core of this vape sensor for airflow control is the CSC98X circuit. It includes a capacitance measurement unit, a threshold unit, and a PFM output module. This system ensures an adaptive response to real-time airflow changes. The sensor outputs high-level signals when airflow exceeds +8% of the initial capacitance and reaches 100% bei +50%. It delivers stable, pulsed output with a 16-ms high-level signal and low-level modulation across 64 grades, supporting smooth power ramp-up in vape systems.
Robust Protection and Energy Efficiency
This compact sensor includes SCP and OTP, preventing system damage from overheating or short circuits. Its low power consumption, below 5uA, makes it ideal for battery-powered vape products.
