Product overview

This is an electronic cigarette circuit board triggered by an airflow sensor for smoking and with adjustable power. It has dual outputs and is mainly composed of the following circuit modules: MCU control module, dual power output module, OLED display screen, colorful light module, charging management module, and lithium battery control module. It can detect smoking actions and control the output through MCU, and display the output wattage and output status through a digital tube.

Functional Highlights

  • MEMS airflow sensor: The microphone airflow sensor detects changes in air pressure and identifies user smoking behavior.
  • Signal processing: The airflow changes captured by the sensor will be converted into capacitance change signals, which will be processed by the ASIC chip and transmitted to the MCU control module for output control.
  • Protection function: This PCBA solution board has multiple protection functions to ensure user safety during use, including lithium battery protection, smoking timeout protection, over temperature protection, short circuit protection, and low battery protection
  • Module form: SMT packaging is used to form a module form, which allows it to be directly soldered onto the circuit, making it very suitable for PCBA integration, thereby reducing assembly costs and improving production efficiency.
