  1. Signal Processing: The MCU detects button signals to recognize smoking actions. Then, it instantly controls the output module for heating.
  2. User Operation Detection: The MCU identifies smoking by analyzing key signals. After detection, it quickly triggers the heating process.
  3. Safety Protection Functions: This pod system PCBA includes multiple safety protections. It offers a lithium battery, timeout, and over-temperature protection. It also prevents short circuits and protects during a low battery.
  4. Module Structure: It uses SMT packaging for module formation. This allows direct circuit soldering without additional steps. As a result, it cuts assembly costs and boosts production efficiency.
