Each sensor includes one air hole on the substrate and one on the shell. The shell hole receives negative pressure directly. When pressure across the MEMS unit exceeds the threshold, the GATE output quickly shifts from high to low. If the pressure remains low for 12 Sekunden, the sensor activates protection and keeps the GATE output low.
Compact and Reliable Structure
We engineered the sensor to be compact and energy-efficient for easy integration into portable vape devices. Furthermore, its leak-proof, oil-resistant film ensures stable operation even in vapor-rich environments. It also blocks backflow effectively, reducing false triggers and avoiding internal damage from fluid intrusion.
Multi-Layer Safety Protections
We embedded an ASIC chip to improve device safety with multiple protective features. These include 12-second-long inhalation protection to limit extended puffs and maintain safe operation.
