This board features a dual-hole design—one hole on the substrate and another on the circular shell. The shell-side hole senses negative pressure. When the pressure difference across the
MEMS device falls below a set threshold, the GATE pin outputs a high level. If the pressure exceeds the threshold, it switches to a low level. If low pressure persists for over 12 Sekunden, the sensor enters a protective mode, forcing the GATE to return to low.
