Smart Capacitance Detection and Control Logic

At the core of this vape sensor for airflow control is the CSC98X circuit. It includes a capacitance measurement unit, a threshold unit, and a PFM output module. This system ensures an adaptive response to real-time airflow changes. The sensor outputs high-level signals when airflow exceeds +8% of the initial capacitance and reaches 100% at +50%. It delivers stable, pulsed output with a 16-ms high-level signal and low-level modulation across 64 grades, supporting smooth power ramp-up in vape systems.
